Connersville, Indiana Billy J. Reed, 76, of Connersville, passed away on Saturday, September 16th, at Premier Healthcare of Connersville. He was born in Connersville, Indiana on October 17, 1941 to William D. Reed and Sadie Hamilton Reed. Billy was a lifelong resident of the Connersville area. Billy was preceded in death by his mother and father, brothers Leonard Whittaker, Francis Poole and 17 other brothers and sisters. Achieva Resources Corporation Inc. was Billy’s guardian and proud to provide him with the services and medical supports he needed. A visitation to celebrate Billy’s life will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, 920 Central Avenue, Connersville, Indiana.
