Catherine P. Neal

Catherine P. Neal, 99, of Connersville, died Tuesday morning, October 18, 2016, at Caroleton Manor Nursing Home. Catherine was born in Livingston, Kentucky, on February 28, 1917, to Samuel E. and Rebecca Woodson Pennington. On December 27, 1947, she was married in Ludlow, Kentucky to Winters Neal. Catherine is survived by her children and their spouses: Gregg Neal and Lesa; Vickie Neal, all of Connersville; Jack Neal and Myrna of New Paris, Ohio; two grandchildren: Jason Neal of Connersville, Brandi Hall and Jeff of Dayton, Ohio; two great-granddaughters; Lucy and Sophie Neal. In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years who died February 15, 2010; her son: Sam Tendam; two brothers: Gordon and Cliff Pennington. Private funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville.
