Debra "Debbie" Evans

Debra Lynn Evans, 50, died Tuesday morning, December 24, 2013, at her residence. Debra was born in Connersville, December 22, 1963 to Carrol B. and Goldie M. Jones Patterson and graduated from Connersville High School in 1981. Debra was employed by Visteon on the radiator assembly line. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the Daughters of the American Legion. Debra enjoyed fishing, camping and was an avid NASCAR fan, especially Jeff Gordon. Debra is survived by her mother: Goldie M. Patterson; her children: Christopher Purcell and Heather Baudendistel; brother: Carrol W. Patterson and his wife, Jenny; granddaughter: Madalyn Baudendistel; her companion: Larry D. Evans, Jr., all of Connersville; and two nieces. In addition to her father, Debra is preceded in death by her grandparents, uncles, and aunts. Public graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Springersville Cemetery with Pastor Tim Billups of Connersville Baptist Temple officiating.
