Debra Horn

Debra Sue Horn, 54, of Connersville, died Saturday, August 3, 2013, at Lincoln Centers East of Connersville after a valiant fight with her illness. Debra was born in Connersville, February 20, 1959, to James, Sr. and Pattie Thompson Hines and attended Connersville High School. On September 1, 1976, Debra was married in Connersville to Michael D. Horn. Debra loved the outdoors, fishing, and playing bingo. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and cooking out with Adam Conn, Kelsey Burch, and their two daughters, Anna and Bella. In addition to her husband, Debra is survived by her son: Jason M. Horn and his wife Amanda; her mother: Pattie Hines; her sister: Michele L. Burch; her brothers: James Hines, Jr. and Bradley Hines; her grandchildren: Dylan, Braydon, Dalton, and Brooklyn Horn, all of Connersville; several nieces and nephews. Debra is preceded in death by her son: Dustin W. Horn; her father: James Hines, Sr.; her brother: Gregory Hines; her nephew: Christian James Hines; her great-nephew: Hunter Conn; her maternal grandparents: John C. and Dorothy L. Reed; and her paternal grandparents: Edward “Duke” and Arvilla Hines. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Dale Cemetery.
