Edward D Moore

Edward D. Moore, 65, of Connersville, died Friday, October 18, 2019, at Reid Health of Connersville. A Connersville native, Ed was born August 29, 1954 to Garnie and Eunice Moore. He was a 1972 graduate of Connersville High School and was retired from Visteon. Ed had a passion for working in his yard, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Ed also enjoyed mushroom hunting, listening to oldies and southern rock music and watching the Indiana Pacers. Ed is survived by his wife, Mary Marconeri Moore, whom he married March 26, 1976; his daughters: Leslie Gough, Heather Moore, both of Connersville, granddaughter: Dylan Marie France of Connersville; his mother: Eunice (Moore) Anderson of Monticello, Kentucky., Sisters: Vicky Gregory, Mary McLean and her husband Steve all of Monticello, Ky.; his close friends Steve Mitchell and his son Blake Mitchell of Connersville; his beloved little pal Lucy; nieces and nephews. Ed is preceded in death by his father: Garnie Moore; his grandparents: Nelson and Essie Moore; his brother: Richard Moore; his sister: Loretta Miller and his beloved dog Molly. Public Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 24, 2019 at Valley Grove Cemetery, Wayne County, IN, with Pastor Tom Marshall officiating. Following graveside services, friends and family are invited to Ed’s and Mary’s residence to celebrate Ed’s life.
