Edward L. Revalee

Connersville native Edward Lee Revalee, 86, died Friday, December 16, 2022, at Majestic Care of Connersville. Edward was born to Wesley Moore and Dorothy Revalee on December 12, 1936, in Connersville. He graduated from Connersville Senior High School with the class of 1955. Edward after graduation he became employed at Mac Machine, Ford, and then he went to work for Chrysler in New Castle for twenty-five years. His greatest passion came from being a car enthusiast. Edward’s love for muscle cars spanned from a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air and 9 Corvettes over the years, he also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Edward is survived by his children and their spouses: Randy Revalee and his wife, Danett; Brian Revalee; Barry Revalee; Terri Marcum and Kimberly Wilmouth and her husband, Cory; thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; a sister: Laverne Lunsford; along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter: Sonya K. Revalee; his sister: Beverly Kenworthy. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., on Friday, December 23, 2022, at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville. Friends may gather from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery.
