Harley L Glidden

Harley L. Glidden, 73, of Liberty died Monday, March 9, 2015, at his Liberty residence. Harley was born in Dover, New Hampshire on February 18, 1942, to Norman H. and Maria Procia Glidden and graduated from high school in Dover, New Hampshire. He also attended two years of college. Harley married Shirley Kapustka on September 5, 2000. He was the owner of Liberty Pallet Company and retired from there. Harley was one that enjoyed life. In addition to his wife, Harley is survived a son: Norman Tyler Glidden of Liberty; a step-son: Scott Allen Webb of Florida; two brothers: Charles F. Glidden and wife Mary of Michigan, and Henry R. Glidden of New Hampshire; four sisters: Elizabeth Sawyer of New Hampshire, Norma Harp and husband Darrell of Texas, Janice Marconi and husband Mike of New Hampshire, Effie Morgan and husband Bill of New Hampshire; a step-sister; Barbara Levesque of Main; three grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Harley was preceded in death by his first wife Phyllis, who died May 5, 1997; his parents; and a brother, Norman Glidden. Honoring Harley’s wishes there will be no public visitation or services.
