Jason Paul Snyder

Jason Paul Snyder, 33, of Liberty died Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Jason was born December 13, 1979 in Oxford, Ohio, to Brian Keith Snyder and Sharon Lynn Elliott Snyder. He attended Union County Schools and worked in construction. Besides his father and step-mother, Brian and Valerie Snyder of Richmond, Mother and step-father, Sharon and Brad Shepard of Brookville, Jason is survived by two sons: Evan Keith and Dillon Paul Snyder, both of Richmond; one daughter, Savanna Snyder of Richmond; one sister and her spouse, Chasity Wilkinson and Isaac of Cambridge City; paternal grandmother, Mary Snyder of Liberty; maternal grandparents, Bill and Wilma Elliott of Liberty; and two nieces. Jason was preceded in death by his grandfather, Keith Snyder, and a cousin, Shawn Elliott. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 15th at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Fosdick Chapel in Liberty with Britt Hensley officiating. Friends may visit from 5 p.m. Sunday till time of service where memorial contribution can be made to Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home for a fund for Jason’s children.
