Joseph E. Rathburn

Joseph E. Rathburn, 77, of West College Corner died at his residence on Thursday, September 4, 2014. Joseph was born in Greensburg, Indiana, on September 13, 1936, to John and Margaret Weisbach Rathburn. He was employed as a truck driver for many years. Joseph was a member of the National Rifle Association and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Joseph is survived by three daughters: Sandra Marie Gibbs and her husband Chuck of West College Corner, Mary Lucille Rathburn of St. Petersburg, FL, and Jo Ann Beaupie of St. Petersburg, FL; two brothers: John Fredrick Rathburn and his wife Loretta of California, and Benjamin Paul Rathburn and his wife Donna of Hamilton, OH; two sisters: Mary Delores Myers and husband Kern of Speedwell, TN, and Catherine Ann McQueen and her husband James of Hamilton, OH; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents. The family will conduct a Memorial Celebration of Life at a later date.
