Julie Ann Giesting

Julie Ann Giesting passed away in Weston, FL, on December 17, 2019. Julie was the oldest child of Dr. Dale & Mary Giesting. She was born November 23, 1971 in Indianapolis, IN. Julie grew up in Connersville, IN, and graduated from Connersville High School. After high school, she attended the University of Utah and Brigham Young University. Julie worked as a mental health provider for the handicapped for many years at Chrysalis in Provo, UT. She had a passion for working with the disabled. She was known for her infectious smile and her kind and compassionate spirit. Julie is survived by her parents, Dale and Mary Giesting; brothers, Joseph Giesting and Jacob (Katie) Giesting; nieces, Adeline and Evelyn; and nephew, Charlie. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Richard and Rita Giesting; and her maternal grandparents, Carl and Helen Brock. There will be no public viewing. The funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 28, 2019 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with Bishop Steven Shepherd presiding. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery, section B.
