Lori Ann Blake

Lori Ann Blake, 42, at Fayette Regional Memorial Hospital on Monday, June 24th, 2013. Lori was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on March 23rd, 1962, to Roxann Monterri and Joseph Bennett Blake. Lori was a dog lover, who enjoyed going to her friends, visiting, and taking walks. She was a great cook, and a home maker. Lori Ann is survived by her longtime companion, Gary Burge of Connersville; her brothers: William “Bill” Blake of Cleveland, Ohio, and Robert Bennett Blake of Connersville; her sister Linda Ann Blake of Connersville; many nieces and nephews; and several friends. There will be no public visitation or funeral. Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville is in charge of arrangements.
