Lucas Blaize Hudson

Connersville resident, Lucas Blaize Hudson, 36, died October 31, 2020. Lucas was born to John Hudson and Renee Jo Smith on November 24, 1983. He attended Connersville High School before becoming employed with Hudson Construction. Lucas was a member of Better Dayz through Jesus Recovery Outreach. He enjoyed listening to music, taking care of his aquariums, and playing Legos with his sweet daughter. He will be deeply missed by those who love him. Lucas is survived by his only pride and joy: Paytyn Blaizia Hudson; father: John Hudson of Connersville; mother: Renee and her husband Chris Abrams of Milton; brothers: Eugene R. Hudson and his wife Selena, Zack L. Hudson; sister: Cody Hudson; half-sister: Hilery Wright; maternal grandfather: James M. Smith, all of Connersville; several nieces and nephews; many friends. Lucas is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Herman and Irene Hudson. A visitation for family and friends will be held. Monday, November 9, 2020, at Showalter Blackwell Long, Myers Chapel, Connersville from 4p.m. until 6p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to offset the cost of services.
