Patricia Jane Mcfarland

Patricia Jane McFarland, 62, of Cambridge City, died Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at her residence. She was born on August 30, 1958 to James Marshall and Nancy Jane Williams McFarland in Connersville. She graduated from Connersville Senior High in 1976. Pat was an exceptional artist; talented in drawing, painting and ceramics. She enjoyed hand crocheting blankets for her family and friends. Patricia had a wonderful, quirky sense of humor and delighted in making people laugh. She was well known for her generous and loving nature, children especially loved her. Patricia will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Patricia is survived by her loving sisters: Pamela J. Towler, Peggy J. (Kelly) Dawson, Penny G. (Mark) Leas; nephews: Eric (Stephine Sammis) Towler, Kyle (Julie Meek) Spurlock, Austin (Myriah) Dawson; nieces: Jordan (Ian) DuPont, Krysten (Shaun) Snyder, Jessica (Glenn) Roberts, Mea (Adam ) Aldabbagh, Kaitlyn (Ryan) Neuman; several great-nieces and great-nephews, whom brought great joy to her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Showalter Blackwell Long, Myers Chapel, Connersville. Friends may visit the funeral home from 1 p.m., until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Cancer Association, American Diabetes Association, or to the charity of your choice in Patricia’s honor.
