Randall Carson Dwiggins

Randall C. “Randy” Dwiggins, 65 of Liberty died Friday morning, September 30, 2016 at Reid Health, Richmond. The son of Floyd M. and Alta I. Jenkins Dwiggins, Randy was born in Richmond on October 10, 1950 and was a 1969 graduate of Short High School. On December 18, 1971, he married the former, Linda White in Liberty. Randy recently retired from Belden as a group leader after forty-five years of service. He liked to tinker and enjoyed working with computers and technology. Randy attended Harmony Living Word Assembly in Bath and loved to spend time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed camping and fishing in Tennessee, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Randy was a great man and a best friend to many. Randy is survived by his wife of 45 years; his children and their spouses: Chad Dwiggins and Kristy of West Alexandria, Ohio; Cristy Betz and Robert of Camden, Ohio; Carrie Mullins and Larry of Huron, Ohio; his grandchildren: Jarred, Dakota, Beau, Carley, Brady and Caitlin; his siblings: Jan, Dallas and Patricia. Randy’s parents preceded him in death. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Fosdick Chapel, Liberty with Pastor Dean VanWinkle officiating. Interment will follow in Fairhaven Cemetery, College Corner, Ohio. Friends may visit at the funeral home Monday, October 1, 2016 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. where memorial contributions may be made to Harmony Living World Assembly.
