Rhea Ann Kelley

Rhea Ann Kelley, age 71, of Richmond, passed away December 17, 2023, at AMG Specialty Hospital in Greenfield, Indiana. Rhea was born October 22, 1952, to Robert Lowell and Norma Jean Smith Kelley and lived in this area most of her life. She was a member of the First Church of Nazarene in Connersville. Rhea is survived by brothers, Gerald Duane (Lois Marie) Kelley of Sullivan, Indiana, Marvin Dean (Diane) Kelley of Connersville, Bobby Gene (Joyce) Kelley of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Douglas Scott (Anna) Kelley of Greenwood, Indiana; sister, Judy Belinda (Jonathan) Thomas of Hobe Sound, Florida; nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and infant sister, Sonja Joy Kelley. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are to be made to the First Church of the Nazarene, Connersville, Indiana. A memorial service for Rhea Ann Kelley will be at 1:00p.m., Thursday, December 28, 2023, at the First Church of the Nazarene, 918 Vine Street, Connersville, Indiana, with Douglas Kelley officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the church. Private burial will be in Dale Cemetery.
