Samantha "Sammy" Mae Ross Baker

Samantha Mae “Sammy” Ross Baker, 42, of Oxford, Ohio, died Monday, June 18, 2018. Sammy was born on March 13, 1976 in Hamilton, Ohio, to James L. Sr. and Linda L. Ridenour Ross. She received her General Education Diploma and graduated from medical assistant school in 2011 and was previously employed at Cash Flow as a telemarketer. Sammy greatly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her niece, Jersey. In her leisure time, she loved shopping, reading Danielle Steel novels and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sammy also enjoyed socializing with friends and riding motorcycles. Sammy is survived by her life partner: Graig Robinson of Connersville; her children: Jordan Robinson and Jaymee Robinson, both of Oxford, Ohio; mother and step-father: Linda and Thomas “Jeff” Jordan of Camden, Ohio; her siblings: James L. Ross, Jr. of Collinsville, Ohio; Michael E. Ross of Camden, Ohio; Lisa L. Ross of Oxford, Ohio; Dawn E. Jordan and her husband, Scott of Morning Sun, Ohio; a grandson on the way, Loxley Nicholas Lawson; three nieces and nine nephews. Sammy is preceded in death by her father: James L. Ross, Sr. Funeral services will be conducted at 6 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2018 at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Baker Chapel, College Corner, Ohio. Cremation will follow.
