Terry G. Krammes, 55, of Connersville died early Thursday morning, August 16, 2012, at his residence.
A Connersville native, Terry was born May 26, 1957 to Lowell D., Jr. and Betty Fox Krammes and was a 1976 graduate of Connersville High School. On January 14, 1978, he was married in Liberty to the former Angela G. Goff. Following his graduation, Terry attended RETS Electronic Institute in Louisville, Kentucky. For over 27 years, he was employed at Ready Tool and Die, retiring in 2004 as manager of the shipping and receiving department. He had also worked at the Palladium-Item as the truck courier for seven years. Terry enjoyed cars and was a fan of Indycar, Formula I and NASCAR races. He was an avid basketball fan and most enjoyed time spent with his family.
Terry is survived by his wife; four children: Jeremy E. Krammes, Sr. and his wife, Amber; Justin D. Krammes; J. Brandon Krammes, all of Connersville; Vanessa M. Krammes of Laurel; his Mother: Betty J. Krammes of Connersville; four grandchildren: Makenzie A., Jeremy E., Jr., Brooke K., and R. Landon Krammes; a sister: Carol R. Frye and her husband, John of Connersville; a brother: Gary T. Krammes of Richmond; nieces and nephews.
Terry was preceded in death by his Father and grandparents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersvile, with Rev. Fuzzy Lake of the Christ Jesus Community Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Dale Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 12 noon Monday until the time of service where memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
