Walter Bradley Allen

Walter Bradley Allen, age 50, of Laurel, Indiana, died Friday, April 21, 2023, at home. Brad was born November 8, 1972, to Walter G. Allen and Rachel Miller Allen in Connersville, Indiana. He enjoyed the outdoors; hunting, fishing, and camping. Most of all Brad loved spending time with his grandchildren, who knew him as “Papaw”. He is survived by his wife Connie Watson Allen; sons Walter Matthew Allen of Connersville, Jay Watson (Amber Rosiello) of St. Leon, Indiana, Joseph Davis of Laurel and Zac Scudder of Oklahoma; daughters Laurel Watson of Laurel, Erin Watson (Douglas Fish) of Connersville, Patricia Watson (Derrick Lee) of New Castle and Wendy Davis of Laurel; brothers Christopher (Amanda) Allen of Greensburg, Jason Allen (Angela) of Brookville, Jeremiah Allen (April) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Johnny Allen of Connersville; sisters Candy Reckers (Bobby) of Morris, Indiana, Tammy Allen (Rob Pennington) of Goshen, Ohio, Misty Dyer of Brookville and Stephanie Allen (Jim) of North Carolina; 14 grandchildren; his mother Rachel Allen of Connersville; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Brad was preceded in death by his father Walter G. Allen and sister, Sandy Ison. Graveside service for Walter Bradley Allen will be 11:00a.m. Friday, April 28, 2023, at Cupps Chapel Cemetery in Metamora with a Memorial Service immediately following at Trinity Full Gospel Holiness Church, Haytown Hill Road in Metamora.
