Rev. William Dexter Worrell Jr. age 92 passed away Monday, December 18, 2017. He was a pastor and evangelist for well over 60 years and a WWII Navy Veteran. Preceded in death by: Parents, William Dexter Worrell Sr. and Leola G. Worrell; Sons, Melburn and Gerald Worrell; Sisters, Eva Vanstavern, Felma Dalton, Bernice Grant; Brothers, Homer, Melbern, and Wyatt Worrell. Survivors: Son and Daughter-in-law, Daryl and Vicki Worrell; Daughters and sons-in-law, Diana Moon and Bill of Texas, Irene and Ron Nester of Columbus, IN, Vinita Lovings and Mitch of TX; Sister and spouse, Jeanie York and Aaron of IN, Brother, Matt Worrell of IN; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held in Tennessee at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Blue Springs Church of God. Interment will follow in Blue Springs Cemetery.
